The Wolturnus Dalton Light is Wolturnus’ lightest active rigid frame wheelchair with separate or flip up footplates for foot propulsion or transfers. Developed from the original Dalton frame the Dalton Light model is customised to suit users up to 80kg to enhance their level of activity and strength. Manufactured with 22m frame tubes creates a more elegant wheelchair and a lifting weight of approximately 7kg, including the wheels! To allow a handbike attachment the tubing can be changed to 25mm.
The standard legrests are height and angle adjustable and elevating legrests are available as an option. This frame can be built with a very low seat height of 400mm.
Make the Wolturnus Dalton Light your own with leather and coloured upholstery options, and a choice of seventeen frame colour choices. They can even customise your paint colour, got a motto they can print decals for your frame and offer anodized frame parts to individualise the look of your chair.
Supplied as standard with adjustable upholstery to make postural adjustments if necessary; as standard Wolturnus offer their own wing back and ergo seating to support your posture. You can also add a range of third party postural support products.
The Wolturnus brand is synonymous with world class wheelchairs and sports equipment, built in Denmark just for you! They are specifically customised to suit you and your life. Due to the bespoke nature of the build, the Wolturnus range can take up to 8-10 weeks to build, but they’re well worth the wait!
