The V-Trak segmented back is a fantastic product to suit users who require extra support. Available in 2 heights in either standard or deep contour profile.
The segmented backrests allow for paediatric to adult users supporting various positions through the range of modular parts. Eash segment has the Axxis backrest’s special features. They also boast inbuilt lateral support and internal straps for lumbar profiling to allow the prescriber to fit the backrest to fit you. The mechanisms with the V-Trak Segmented back gives you complete control of comfort, size, position and resilience. The V-Trak modules can be arranged in any combinations of size and orientation to suit just about any user no matter their body shape, spine profile or pressure distribution. The segmented system means that each piece can be mounted individually or joined to others to create a totally unique support for you.
The V-trak hardware offers safety and stability with extensive adjustment. The Axxis backrests mounted on the V-Trak hardwareare the first backrest system to pass ANSI RESNA crash testing standard WC20 & is accredited WC20 compliant.
The deep contour back is suitable for supporting those with Severe Scoliosis, Lumbar Lordosis, Pelvic rotation, anterior pelvic tilt, spinal rotation.
The style of segmented backrest can be adjusted for growth and fits the majority of wheelchairs.
