This V-Trak Deep Contour High postural backrest can be used on a range of equipment from manual to power wheelchair. It hosts V-Trak’s original adjustment alongside an extended lateral specifically designed to offer increased dynamic support for the end user. The unique lateral supports allow for precise support at the thoracic and/or pelvis.
The Deep Contour High back has adjustment in the width/lateral support, deep contour and lumbar support. All adjustments can be made whilst you’re in the chair allowing us to get the best position for you.
Sporting a unique shaping built into the postural backrest, it can be easily adjusted for your ultimate comfort. The backrest is upholstered in black spacer fabric which allows air circulation for your comfort
The V-Trak range is fantastic as it can be modified for any body changes and adjusted whilst you use it; and the V-Trak mounting hardware is totally flexible giving us total freedom to position the backrest exactly where you need it plus it fits to most wheelchairs on the market. Also available in the V-trak range lateral supports with fixed and swing away hardware; harness carriers, headrests and various headrest mounts to allow you to interchange a third part headrest.
The V-Trak range has proven success in the field a case study has been completed with the V-Trak segmented back in conjunction with a power wheelchair and running chair.
