The Spex Adapta3 backrest is designed to support complex postures using an adaptive profile curvature system to support those with trunk contour. This backrest is suitable for users who have anterior pelvic tilt, lordosis, posterior pelvic tilt, and kyphosis. The back is split into 3 strong aluminium sections that individually adjustable to fit the client specifically whilst supporting the pelvis and spine. This backrest can be adjusted even when you’re in the chair allowing for minute adjustments for extra support.
The backrest has less padding allowing for better temperature control for comfort and reducing heat build up that can lead to skin breakdown.
