The totally unique Otto Bock Juvo B5/B6 range is incredibly flexible, choose between front wheel, mid wheel or rear wheel drive within two base widths to give you the optimum drive for your requirements. The Torsion drive system maintains adequate ground contract at all time whilst damping obstacles for your comfort.
The Rear Wheel Drive (RWD) offers optimum directional stability at any speed. Flexible centre of gravity positions, brilliant traction driving up and down slopes and its able to negotiate kerbs hassle free.
The Mid Wheel Drive (MWD) provides intuitive movement as a result of the central wheel. This base offers the maximum stability reducing the risk of tipping, it can navigate kerbs making it ideal for indoor and outdoor use.
The Front Wheel Drive (FWD) allows you to drive up close to objects giving you an unobstructed view from the front of the wheelchair, and you can easily negotiate kerbs as a result of the large drive wheel at the front.
The Otto Bock Juvo B5 and B6 boast a range of seating functions; seat tilt of up to 45°, powered backrest recline, and a 35cm seat lifter which provide the user with greater comfort and flexibility for all day use. The Ergo-joint back support angle adjustment provides a biomechanical mechanism which reduces uncomfortable shear forces when you adjust your position.

The Variably Adjustable Seat (VAS) offers a totally adjustable padded backrest support. The Ergo joint back support angle adjustment nearly totally eliminates uncomfortable shear forces.
Therapist lead design which offers an anatomically shaped seat with lateral stability and optimum positioning of the pelvis. The additional back support pad helps to actively straighten the pelvis. The contour package can be combined/integrated with the standard and VAS seating options.
Featuring a robust rigid back shell and ergonomically shaped contour padding, the BAXX back shell is cut out to offer a comfortable seating climate through good ventilation and can be integrated with the VAS system.

The new magnetic LED lighting is improved to offer protection to the glass housing and bulb; in the event of an impact the light will hang by the cable until it can be easily reinstated to the magnet. Plus, when you turn on the Otto Bock Juvo B5/B6 in low light it automatically turns on the footpath lighting for safety.
Travelling by car or aeroplane the Juvo B5/B6 have got it covered. Crash tested for use in a vehicle with the user sitting in the wheelchair. Going a bit further afield? If you regularly fly abroad the circuit breaker is easily accessible at the front of the chair which allows you to turn off/on the power without inconvenience. Also the backrest support frame can be folded forward onto the seat therefore creating a compact base for loading into the vehicle/plane and for reducing damages.
