The Decon E-Move has been developed to simplify your life allowing you to experience freedom. The push rim is developed to expand the functionality of your chair and is adaptable to you! The powered hubs emphasis your propulsion input saving you energy and letting you go further afield.
Totally programmable the Decon E-Move offers fine tuning to give you the best experience; we can programme each wheel individually for directional speeds and this can be employed to remedy imbalance in arm strength and hemiplegia. The gyro function counteracts inclined surfaces so it will run straight even on sloping ground taking the work off of you, no need to worry about drop kerbs anymore. For one hand use the usable wheel will be programmed to communicate the movement to the other wheel and start the chair in a straight line, steering is operated by the foot. 2 driving programmes are available which can be personalised for you, so you have the right power whenever you need it whether you’re indoors or outdoors. If you’re travelling some distance the E-Move can be propelled up to 20m with just one push rim grip.
Compatible with most wheelchairs. The wheels can be quickly removed for transportation and weigh just 7kg each (with NiMH battery). A heavy duty version of the wheels is available for users up to 150kg. Supplied with 2 years warranty for your peace of mind.
The Decon E-Move is supplied with brackets which are installed onto your wheelchair frame. The wheels are powered as standard by NiMH (Nickel Metal Hydride) batteries, however you can upgrade to Lithium-ion battery – both are approved for air travel (always check with your airline before travel). The centre of each wheel is equipped with the latest technology hub motors to drive your wheels. The wheels are programmable allowing us to customise the product to suit you.
